Houses for Sale
North Meadow Homebuilders
North Meadow Homebuilders recognizes a renewed demand for new homes. Four new houses have recently been built and sold in this development and several more are in the construction or planning stage. All homes are now being built using new energy conservation standards with high efficiency furnaces, air conditioners, and water heaters plus higher insulation values and reduced air infiltration. These features have caused home prices to increase but operating costs have decreased. Also, interest rates are very low making it a great time to invest.
We are currently building on the "Nature Preserve" where you can watch birds, deer, and other wildlife in your back yard. If you do not find what you want under construction. We can custom build to your needs. Most of our "spec homes" are 3 bedrooms, 2 baths with option of additional finished space in the basement.
